Rick Simpson Oil (RSO)

Obtain or make RSO (thick, tar-like cannabis oil concentrate, ~60-90% THC)

Start low: Week 1: 1/4 drop (rice grain size) 3x/day, every 4 days double the dose

Goal: Work up to 1 gram per day (split into 3 doses) by week 4-5

Take doses orally (sublingual, on food, or in capsules) every 8 hours

Continue 1 gram daily for 60-90 days (60-90 gram total course)

Expect strong psychoactive effects - plan to be non-functional during treatment

After initial course, reduce to maintenance dose of 1-2 grams per month

Stay hydrated, eat nutritious diet, rest extensively

Monitor tumor markers and imaging regularly

Combine with conventional treatment or use as alternative
