Week 1: Start black walnut hull tincture (extra strength) - Day 1: 1 drop in water, Day 2: 2 drops, increase to 2 tsp by day 5
Take wormwood capsules: Day 1: 1 capsule before dinner, Day 2: 1 capsule, increase to 7 capsules by day 14
Take clove capsules: Day 1: 1 capsule 3x/day, Day 2: 2 capsules 3x/day, increase to 3 capsules 3x/day by day 10
After initial cleanse, continue maintenance: 2 tsp black walnut weekly, 7 wormwood capsules twice weekly, 3 cloves capsules twice weekly
